We stand behind the health and quality of every plant we ship. All plants are guaranteed for 30 daysfrom the date of delivery.
If your plant arrives damaged, unhealthy, or does not survive within the 30-day guarantee period, please contact us at [your email] with the following:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the plant showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
Photographic evidence is required for all refund or replacement requests. Once reviewed and approved, we will issue a refund or send a replacement at our discretion.
Requests submitted after 30 days from the delivery date will not be honored. We are unable to make exceptions to this policy.
Please note that we are not responsible for plant decline due to improper care, environmental conditions, or neglect after delivery.
